From One Friend's Challenge to an Industry Legacy

Founded in the 1980s by Bill Flintom to help a friend rethink their financial mindset, PEG evolved into a trusted partner for dental practices — developing services like Concierge Cash Management, cyberCFO and Practice Leadership Training, to provide affordable, expert financial leadership without full-time in-house costs.

Today, we continue that legacy with proven results for hundreds of practices, helping owners achieve financial clarity, operational excellence, and personal fulfillment.

Financial Analyst

Annis has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Florida and started her career as a bank examiner for the US government working for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. She moved into banking working as the internal auditor and then Chief Financial Officer of Palm Beach National Bank. Throughout her career she has managed the bookkeeping and financials for a portfolio of pharmacies, an OTC product company, kayak sales and rental company, charity organizations, mortgage funds, and doctors’ offices.

Annis was born and raised in Florida and when not immersed in financials, she loves to travel, garden, read and cook.

Barbi joined Practice Enhancement Group in 2023, serving as an executive assistant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human development from Cal State San Marcos, along with a certification in medical billing and coding. She brings experience of previously managing a dental sleep medicine practice in San Diego. She developed expertise in integrating dental and medical care models, while optimizing patient care pathways. As a native of Carlsbad, Barbi has been raising her three children in the area. She is dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, incorporating meditation and beach time into her routine, and she enjoys traveling whenever possible.

Dr. Dave Striegel is a nationally recognized coach, consultant, speaker, and author who specializes in helping business owners and their teams perform under pressure. With a doctorate in Sport Psychology from the University of Virginia, Dave brings a unique edge to leadership and team development by translating elite athletic principles into practical strategies for business and healthcare professionals—especially in dentistry.

Since joining PEG in 2009, Dave has been instrumental in helping private practice doctors, small business owners, and their teams implement and execute proven systems with greater confidence and clarity. Known for his no-nonsense yet deeply supportive approach, he teaches leaders how to create high-trust, high-performance cultures by blending accountability with empathy.

Over his career, Dave has coached hundreds of high performers across industries, from Fortune 500 executives and FBI Hostage Rescue Teams to solo and group dental practice owners and military Special Forces. His work is grounded, actionable, and always customized to the unique pressures his clients face.

Now that his four kids are grown, when not helping clients, Dave is usually outside exercising, playing golf, or enjoying live music with his wife, Tracy.

Jeff looks after operations for PEG’s consulting division and has been quietly lurking in the background since 2021. Jeff has had a long management and consulting career in professional services, coaching and training, including being the CEO for two successful companies; one in software and the other in the independent pharmacy space. This diverse industry experience has helped him quickly adapt to the world of dentistry and he has brought best practices from those other industries to the PEG family and client base. When not on a video call with PEG teammates, Jeff spends time at one of his properties in Texas and Iowa, immersed in one of his many other interests, which range from motorcycling to shooting, and even include bitcoin mining.

Jeremiah has been with PEG since 2010, and has worn several different “hats” while working with our clients. He brings expertise in financial analysis, business development, marketing, and customer service. Immediately prior to joining PEG, Jeremiah worked with a dental practice management software company where he worked closely with his clients to help them utilize technology effectively in their practice.

Jeremiah has the unique perspective of being the spouse of a dentist, who owns her own practice. He knows firsthand what it takes to start, grow, expand and run a successful dental practice. Through his wife and their dentist friends, he understands the real world concerns of the dental profession.

Although he received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Seattle University, his practical wisdom expands far beyond his advanced degree.

Jeremiah is an avid sports fan and a terrible golfer (self-proclaimed no less); he enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the outdoor lifestyle available in San Diego.

For Rob, the road traveled has been paved with some big foot prints, with his first position as “Chief briefcase carrier and note taker” for the founder of the company. He joined PEG in 1990 after graduating with a degree in Business administration from Southern Methodist University and after a couple years, post graduation, of independent entrepreneurships.

Rob’s in-depth, in-the-trenches experience with hundreds of practices and businesses over the past few decades, combined with his unique ability to interpret and translate numbers into patterns and stories, makes him our lead Sr. consultant and CEO of the firm.

Although his early professional interests were in competitive skiing, beach volleyball, physical therapy and rehabilitation, he took an interesting entrepreneurial leap from strengthening people to strengthening businesses. Today, Rob most enjoys helping business owners become free from fiscal worry while increasing fiscal strength, so they can create their best business, best life, and best fiscal fitness for their families.

When not working, he is often found in a business course [yes, for fun], skiing, surfing, or smiling with his wife, Carrie, and young-adult children.

Shannon joined Practice Enhancement Group in 2023, as a Client Consultant.

Shannon’s academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Eastern Michigan University, followed by a master’s in management from Aquinas College five years later. These foundations paved the way for a fulfilling 17-year tenure in operational leadership roles at a prominent health system in Grand Rapids, MI.

In 2016, Shannon embarked on a transformative sabbatical, relocating to Costa Rica with her family for three years. This experience redefined her career perspective and ignited a passion for coaching and consulting.

Prior to joining PEG, delivered similar services to the pharmacy industry, coaching independent pharmacy owners and leading innovative learning experiences for members.

Shannon’s professional development includes brain-based coaching certification through the Neuroscience Leadership Institute and membership in the Positive Intelligence Coaching Group.

Shannon resides in Grand Rapids, MI with her husband of 25 years. Together, they have raised three children—each forging their own unique paths.

Stacy Sveilis-DiDonato’s passion is helping business owners, especially Dentists, and their Team Members develop a high performing, team-oriented culture that emphasizes both cohesiveness and results. Stacy is especially known for her world class verbal skills and customer service acumen. She began her career in dentistry in 1993 and along the way worked in a variety of positions including dental assistant, administrative team member and office manager in general dental as well as specialty practices. She has pretty much seen it all.

Stacy spent more than ten years working side by side with a Fellow and past President of the highly esteemed American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, helping to transform a boutique style cosmetic and reconstructive dental practice into one of the most highly respected dental practices in the country. Throughout her career, Stacy has taken great pride in staying on the cutting edge of dental education by regularly working with outstanding mentors and advisors.

Her love of learning developed into a passion for teaching and coaching. Since 2008 Stacy has worked as a coach for dental consulting firms with clients located throughout the United States. She has presented numerous courses on administrative best practices and currently serves as a performance and team building coach.

With over 35 years at Practice Enhancement Group, Tina brings deep institutional knowledge and a steadfast commitment to excellence. She began her journey with PEG in 1990 during her senior year at San Diego State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Starting as a Cash Manager, she has grown with the company and now focuses on controller and internal operations, thriving in a behind-the-scenes role that leverages her love of details, numbers, and financial systems.

A native San Diegan, Tina has a passion for both business and personal finance and enjoys exploring health and wellness. Outside of work, she can often be found skiing, traveling, working out, or spending cherished time in the mountains. Her greatest joy comes from time spent with family—especially her two young grandsons, who keep her smiling and inspired.

Dan has been with the team since 2006 as an IT pro with a lifelong passion for technology and hands-on problem-solving. He started his journey serving in the U.S. Navy’s submarine force, where he learned the value of precision, attention to detail, and keeping cool under pressure. Following his military service, he became a union-certified electrical journeyman, further expanding his expertise in complex electrical systems and industrial operations. This background laid the groundwork for a successful transition into the information technology field, where he continues to build, maintain, and optimize secure and efficient systems.

These days, Dan works in IT. With a deep appreciation for both modern innovation and classic craftsmanship, he brings a unique perspective to every project—whether its resolving complex IT challenges or restoring vintage automobiles in his spare time. Dan’s work is driven by a commitment to excellence, reliability, and continuous learning.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University, Dawn brings extensive knowledge and expertise in financial management. Dawn started her career in General Management over 30 years ago, specializing in payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations, honing her leadership skills, allowing her to guide teams toward operational success. Since joining the PEG team in 2022, she has expanded her knowledge of industry-specific financial strategies.

Dedicated to precision and efficiency, Dawn thrives in dynamic environments where she can apply her expertise to streamline processes and optimize financial performance. Beyond her professional commitments, her three children remain the cornerstone in her life, keeping her grounded and motivated.

With over 27 years of experience in the accounting industry, Gayla Almond brings expertise, dedication, and problem-solving skills to her role. She started working at PEG’s Midwest office in 2016, contributing her knowledge and precision to client success.
Gayla holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting from North Central Missouri College, and has built a career rooted in precision, integrity, and a commitment to financial efficiency. Her keen ability to solve complex puzzles makes her an invaluable asset to her clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Gayla is an active community leader, serving as a Girl Scout leader and inspiring young minds through mentorship. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and embraces history through her participation in Pre-1840s Mountain Man Rendezvous events.

Jan was the Commencement speaker when she graduated with her degree in Business Administration. Prior to working with PEG, Jan operated her own bookkeeping and tax practice, was an Enrolled Agent, wrote and maintained the user’s manual for a California based accounting program, taught accounting program training seminars and spent some time at the front desk of both orthodontic and dental offices. Beginning in 1993, Jan began working with PEG, completing project work together for mutual clients. Jan permanently joined the PEG team in 1996.

After almost 10 years working in the San Diego main office, Jan and her family ventured to the Midwest and shortly thereafter, opened the Midwest division of PEG. With a strong foundation in accounting and client relations, she has built a Midwest team that brings precision and integrity to every client relationship.

Outside the office, you’ll find Jan on the water. It doesn’t matter whether it’s boating or skiing, swimming or coving, the water and especially Lake of the Ozarks, is her happy place. During winter months, she spends her time writing, reading and creating stained glass artwork.

After managing a small trucking company for nearly ten years, Josh joined the PEG team in 2019. He has a background in customer service and is a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong attention to accuracy and a passion for process improvement. With a focus on detail and efficiency, he helps our clients maintain smooth vendor relations.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the creative side of technology through 3D printing, and working on personal art projects in multiple mediums.

With over a decade of experience in insurance administration, complemented by several years in nonprofit office management, Judey is a versatile professional adept at navigating the complexities of business operations. She started with PEG’s Midwest Office in early 2025.

Judey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, from McKendree University and has honed a diverse skill set across various administrative functions, excelling where it counts. From streamlining processes to supporting financial management, Judey thrives in dynamic environments where adaptability and efficiency are key. With a dedication to organizational success, Judey quickly became a supporting member of our team.

When she is not working, Judey enjoys gardening and spending time with friends and family. She is also a member and active participant of the Lake Area Fiber Artists Guild and Missouri Fiber Artists Guild.

With a sharp eye for detail Siedra excels in her supportive role in our Midwest office. She is focused on precision and accuracy in the recording and maintaining of financial records for our clientele. Her organizational tasks ensure smooth administrative operations, supporting the team’s efficiency. Siedra is an integral part of our accounting department.

When not at work Siedra most enjoys spending quality time with her family and her pets. When able, she takes advantage of any extra time immersing herself in creating fluid art, in writing, or in taking small adventures in the great outdoors.

Tami joined the Midwest office of Practice Enhancement Group in 2024. She is a graduate of Graff Technical College in Springfield, Missouri, with a Degree in Business Administration. With experience in the medical field for over 30 years she utilizes her skills in coding and billing, bookkeeping, accounts payables & receivables and human resources. Tami’s medical background includes Radiology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Plastic Surgery. Tami managed a thriving Plastic Surgery Center for over 20 years.

She is a native to Lake of the Ozarks, in Missouri. As an avid outdoorswoman she enjoys hunting, hiking and fishing. She has been involved in various non-profit organizations throughout the years by helping with attendance, obtaining donations and planning events. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and engages in the activities offered at Lake of the Ozarks throughout the year.
